AIP Investments, Inc. is a real estate investment and consulting firm that provides acquisition, development and capital placement services. The firm was formed in 2011 by Daniel B. Nagler, leveraging the capital network and expertise he developed as a Founding Partner of
Andean Investment Partners, a US-Peruvian real estate development firm.
SERVICES
CAPITAL PLACEMENT
AIP places equity and debt capital for real estate projects in the greater Boston area. This includes capitalizing new acquisition or development projects or recapitalizing existing assets. Additionally, AIP will structure joint ventures and negotiate operating agreements on behalf of its clients.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
AIP provides on-going asset management for investment properties and development projects. This includes formulating and executing project business plans and providing quarterly reports.
INVESTMENTS
AIP makes equity investments into real estate projects through joint venture transactions or acquires assets directly on behalf of its own account.
ACQUISITION & DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS
AIP provides acquisition and development analysis utilizing proprietary financial models designed for residential and commercial real estate. AIP will analyze individual properties or a portfolio of assets. AIP will also model Private Equity transactions with complex distribution structures.
